 	<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">I/We agree to hire No Hassle Pros (HIC REGISTRATION NUMBER PA203097) to work with me/us to get my/our insurance company's approval to do replacement (i.e., siding, roofing, gutters, etc.) and/or repairs to the property listed above.</li>
 	<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">No Hassle Pros is authorized to contact my/our insurance provider and meet with their adjuster/representative to talk about the damage and replacement work to be done to the property in order to agree on the correct payment/amount of damage.</li>
 	<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Once the insurance provider and No Hassle Pros agree on the extent of the damage and the cost of replacement, No Hassle Pros may begin work.</li>
 	<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">All work will be done in accordance with the insurance company's damage/work scope.</li>
 	<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">I/We agree to have my insurance company pay No Hassle Pros for the cost of the repairs. All checks must be endorsed or made out to: No Hassle Pros (includes: 1st check, Depreciation check, Supplement check, and O/P Check).</li>
 	<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">The homeowner will pay the deductible directly to No Hassle Pros.</li>
 	<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">This is a binding agreement once the roof is approved; however, if your claim is denied by your insurance company, this contract is null and void.</li>
 	<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">I grant No Hassle Pros permission to work directly with my insurance carrier on any necessary adjustments (supplemental billing) for my insurance claim work scope, such as missing damaged items, incorrect pricing, and general contractor overhead and profit to have an accurate claim settlement work scope.</li>

I/We have chosen No Hassle Pros to perform all work approved by my homeowner’s insurance related to the claim number listed above for the exact replacement cost price the final insurance settlement paperwork approves (Full insurance claim proceeds). New estimates will not be necessary because I, the homeowner, have no out-of-pocket expenses other than any plywood rot ($100 per 4’x8′ sheet) and the insurance deductible, the estimated total of which is listed above (Estimated OOP Cost). Any necessary supplemented bills that are approved/paid by insurance carriers will be added to the sales price and forwarded to No Hassle Pros.

This contract constitutes full accord and agreement of the parties. No other understanding, verbal or otherwise, shall be binding unless in writing and signed by both parties. The contract terms include the General Terms and Conditions outlined on pages 3-4. This contract is subject to approval by an officer of the contractor within 10 working days from the date of the contract.

YOU, THE BUYER, MAY CANCEL THIS TRANSACTION ANYTIME PRIOR TO MIDNIGHT OF THE FIFTH BUSINESS DAY, OR SEVENTH BUSINESS DAY IF YOU ARE AT LEAST 65 YEARS OLD AFTER THE DATE OF THIS TRANSACTION.

In witness whereof purchaser(s) acknowledge receipt of completed copy of this contract, and all disclosures on the day and year first written above.

Any holder of this consumer credit contract is subject to any claims and defences which the debtor could assert against the seller of goods or services obtained pursuant here to the the proceeds thereof. Recovery under these terms by debtor shall not exceed amounts paid by the debtor hereunder.

General Terms and Conditions

<ol>
 	<li aria-level="1">Workmanship and Warranties
All work will be performed in a good and professional manner in accordance with applicable building codes. The contractor warrants any labor for a period equal to what is required by State law unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Additional labor warranties may be available at the homeowner's expense. The minimum labor warranty for any complete roof installation is one year.</li>
 	<li aria-level="1">Materials
All materials provided will be new and as designated unless otherwise specified. The contractor may substitute materials, but they will be of equal kind and quality. All surplus materials are the property of the contractor. The contractor will remove all debris and leave the area "broom clean". The contractor will notify the homeowner of any substantial change, and any color change must be agreed to in writing by the homeowner and contractor.</li>
 	<li aria-level="1">Homeowner's Responsibilities
The homeowner(s) agree to allow the contractor to make all necessary alterations to the existing building for the work to be completed. The homeowner(s) also agree to provide all utilities (including heat, gas, electric, and water) at their own expense. Homeowner(s) must also allow the contractor's representatives access to the property at all reasonable times before completion.</li>
 	<li aria-level="1">Building Codes and Permits
The contractor is not responsible for the existing property or building meeting local building and zoning code requirements. If additional work is needed to meet these requirements, it will be charged as an extra unless approved by the insurance carrier. The homeowner(s) are solely responsible for obtaining any required permissions for the work due to property restrictions or zoning laws.</li>
 	<li aria-level="1">Non-compliance
If the homeowner(s) do not comply with the agreement, they must pay the contractor a sum equal to all direct and indirect costs incurred by the contractor, plus 33-1/3% of the total cost of repairs (RCV/Replacement Cost Value amount of Approval) as liquidated damages.</li>
 	<li aria-level="1">Attorney's Fees and Interest
If any legal action is initiated regarding this agreement, the prevailing party has the right to collect reasonable costs, necessary disbursements, and attorney's fees from the other party. These fees are considered direct damages to the extent allowed by applicable jurisdiction. Interest on any unpaid amount will begin 30 days from the project's substantial completion at the maximum rate allowed by State law.</li>
 	<li aria-level="1">Hidden Costs
The contract price does not include hidden, unexposed, or unknown costs for items such as rotting or decayed wood, foundation depths over 30 inches, or concealed pipes. If rock or other hard material is discovered and needs to be removed, the extra cost will be paid by the homeowner(s).</li>
 	<li aria-level="1">Delays and Damages
The contractor is not responsible for damages or defects caused by delays beyond their direct control, such as inclement weather, labor strikes, wars, acts of God, or the inability to obtain materials. Homeowner(s) agree that no claims for damages or defects in material or workmanship will be made unless the contractor is notified in writing within the specific product manufacturer's warranty. If a claim is valid, the contractor's liability is for the reasonable cost of correcting the defects, not for any other incidental and/or consequential damages.</li>
 	<li aria-level="1">Start and Completion Dates
Start and completion dates are approximate and are subject to delays caused by circumstances beyond the contractor's control, including strikes, material shortages, and acts of God. Delays caused by the homeowner(s), insurance provider, and/or mortgage company may also impact these dates.</li>
 	<li aria-level="1">Obstructions and Damages to Items
Homeowner(s) are responsible for removing all interior/exterior obstructions before the scheduled start date. Homeowner(s) are also responsible for removing any pictures, wall hangings, or loose or fragile items from interior walls. The contractor will not be held liable for damage to any items not removed. The contractor does not guarantee that all blinds, drapes, awnings, etc., can be re-installed after installation.</li>
 	<li aria-level="1">Property Damage
The contractor will not be responsible for slight scratching or denting of gutters or aluminum capping, fractures to driveways or concrete, or damage to plants or shrubbery. They are not responsible for damage to wood trim, decking, etc., due to rotting or decay. The replacement of rotted wood is not included in the contract unless stated otherwise and will be charged on a time and material basis. The contractor is also not responsible for damages incurred due to construction problems or for any pre-existing structural defects, including interior damage from improperly secured drywall (i.e., nailed not screwed), and is therefore not responsible for nail pops.</li>
 	<li aria-level="1">Full Agreement
This contract constitutes the full and complete agreement between the parties. No other verbal or written agreements are binding unless signed by both parties. The contract is subject to approval by an officer of the contractor within 10 working days from the date of the contract.</li>
 	<li aria-level="1">Approximate Start Date
The approximate start date is defined hitherto and is relative to receipt of the initial deposit (including the deposit clearing the account). The approximate start date may be extended for circumstances beyond the contractor's control.</li>
 	<li aria-level="1">Subcontractors
No Hassle Pros reserves the right to use subcontractors to perform work under this agreement. In accordance with the Pennsylvania Bureau of Consumer Protection Division, upon request, No Hassle Pros will provide the homeowner(s) with the name, telephone number, and address of any subcontractor at the time of the approximate start date.</li>
 	<li aria-level="1">Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from this Agreement, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The parties agree to negotiate in good faith to replace the invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision with a valid, legal, and enforceable provision that most closely reflects the original intent of the parties.</li>

DO NOT SIGN IF BLANK. HOMEOWNER IS ENTITLED TO A COPY OF THE CONTRACT AT THE TIME OF AFFIXING SIGNATURE. A COPY OF THIS CONTRACT WILL BE EMAIL TO CUSTOMER UPON EXECUTION.
